The main purpose of this project is to breathe new life into an obsolete building like this silo. This silo is located in the Brockton, outside the town of Paisley. Downtown Paisley is where residents and visitors alike come to enjoy arts festivals and enlightening experiences while embracing the creative energy of the town. This project aims to attract the same masses to the silo which portrays itself as modified with a historic touch. Design ProposalThe design focuses more on the social aspect than being collaborative. The ground floor consists of a cafeteria complemented by a seating area and an exterior deck for masses to enjoy their meals and drinks overlooking the woods. The second level constitutes a library to keep the minds of the young and adult alike engrossed in bibliophilic universe. The third level consists of a lounge with a sky garden overlooking the river stream and the woods surrounding it.

The space/open lounge on the third floor definitely complements the spaces on the first and second floor. I can definitely try adding more area for book collection and work around the material of the porch.
