Floor PlansElevationsWall SectionThe wall section is cut along the South end wall to illustrate the proposed building programs and new 3-storey constructed floors. The existing unfinished basement is insulated for mechanical storage and adds more floor area to the cafe above for seating. The exterior wood siding wall remains untouched to preserve the existing materials and retain the Paisley Mills historic character within the community. Each floor space is highlighted to show the cool neutral colours of the existing wall interior and red paneled doors in relation to the taupe oak floor finish to bring a warm and welcoming feel for occupants. The contrast between the grey toned roof and wall assembly emphasizes the focal point to the section detailing of the proposed 3-storey building. In relation, occupants are drawn as grey tone figures to keep the colour scheme simple and not distract the audience from the detailed assemblies. The occupants illustrate the interaction from outside to within the building to display the community's activity surrounding the Paisley Mill. Roof and Wall AssemblyBuilding SectionVisualizations
