The new proposal of the Paisley mills project takes advantage of the existing building and its features and strategically expands the ground floor which helps to maximize the gross floor area as well as acquire the most views of the nearby forest on the north side. The building also incorporates four programs - restaurant-bar, gallery-lounge, an art studio along with a pottery studio. The first floor of the Paisley mill project is proposed to be repurposed into a restaurant and bar where the residents of the town of Paisley can come to socialize as well as listen to the live music or local stand-up comedy. This space will give an opportunity for the artistic people to showcase their talents and enjoy food and drinks.
